Positioning and demand
Who the product is for, what it claims, and whether the market agrees. What competitors are saying, and where the credible gap sits.
THE GROWTH EDIT · $7,500 · 30 DAYS
The Growth Edit is a strategic engagement where our team spends thirty days inside your brand. Analyzing the historical data. Auditing the positioning. Mapping the funnel end to end. You leave with the architecture for your next phase and the exact build order. A limited number of engagements per quarter, every one led personally by our founder.
Most companies enter their next phase of growth by doing more of the last one. More spend, another agency, another round of creative.
But scale multiplies whatever it's pointed at. The biggest risk is funding the next phase without knowing what a new customer actually costs you. If the architecture underneath is misaligned, growth gets more expensive instead of bigger.
Signs you're scaling without architecture:
Before you fund the next phase, decide what it gets built on.
THE SOLUTION
The Growth Edit is our signature $7,500 strategic engagement. For thirty days we do one job: decide what gets built next, and in what order. We read what you've built, analyze your market positioning, and architect the system your next phase runs on.
We do the heavy lifting of strategic design so your team can do what they do best: execute.
The same diagnostic approach took a regulated beverage brand from $16K to $650K in monthly DTC revenue in six months, and lifted one client’s conversion rate 409% in three, in both cases by identifying which single lever had already earned more investment.
Most clients arrive asking about a channel. The answer is usually not the channel.
Three areas. Every engagement.
Who the product is for, what it claims, and whether the market agrees. What competitors are saying, and where the credible gap sits.
The path from first click to paid order. Where it leaks, what the leak costs, and which step earns the first fix.
What an order costs to buy against what it collects. Breakeven modeled against real margin. Whether the reporting can tell you the truth.
All three get read. One gets the plan.
Where an area is already working, you get the finding and the reasoning behind it. Not a rebuild you didn't need.
One document. Six sections. Delivered as a PDF and presented live to your leadership team.
Every number traced to the export it came from, plus a list of what was excluded and why. Where the evidence runs out, it says so.
What an order costs to buy against what it collects. Breakeven modeled against your margin. Anything modeled rather than confirmed is labeled as modeled.
The constraint with the strongest claim on your next dollar. What to fund, what to stop, and what you are not going to chase.
Days 1 to 90, week by week. A named owner on every line and a decision gate at the end of each phase.
The weekly numbers that decide whether you scale, hold, or stop. Thresholds set, not just metrics named.
The approvals only you can give. Claims, offer, margin, developer time, budget. One page, so nothing stalls in week two.
Sources and data caveats appended to every engagement.
PHASE 1 · WEEK 1
A 90-minute kickoff with your leadership, then read-only access to your analytics, ad accounts, CRM, and current marketing assets. About four hours of your team's time across the whole month.
PHASE 2 · WEEKS 2-3
We build your custom strategy. We map out the funnels, write the positioning frameworks, and design the data systems. A midpoint working session pressure-tests the direction with you before it hardens.
PHASE 3 · WEEK 4
We deliver the complete Growth Edit Blueprint in a live presentation to your leadership team. We walk you through every strategic decision and leave a clear, prioritized build order for your execution team.
THE QUESTIONS
Who actually does the work?
Rachael Leigh, on every engagement. No account managers, no juniors. That's why the quarterly count stays small.
What if our team can't execute the blueprint?
The application screens for execution capacity up front, and the blueprint ships as a prioritized build order. You also have thirty days of direct access after handoff for questions while your team builds.
How much access and time do you need?
Read-only access to analytics, ad accounts, and CRM, plus your current marketing assets. About four hours of your team's time across the month. Everything under mutual NDA, revoked at handoff.
What happens on day 31?
You build. Thirty days of advisory access is included. Ongoing oversight is a separate engagement, with no obligation.
What if we disagree with the direction?
That's what the midpoint session is for. You see the direction while it can still change, and every decision comes with the data behind it.
THE INVESTMENT
The relevant comparison isn’t what a strategist costs. It’s what the wrong plan costs. One quarter of paid media at a CPA your unit economics can’t carry. A six-figure rebrand that changes the logo and not the conversion rate. A senior marketing hire onboarded against a strategy nobody has written down.
The Growth Edit is scoped and fixed on purpose. It ends with a decision framework that governs where your next twelve to twenty-four months of spending goes. Half is due at booking to lock your start date, the balance net 15 after handoff. You own every deliverable outright.

THE SHAPE
A 30-day sprint. Your start date locks when you book, and the clock runs from kickoff to handoff.
THE CALLS
Three principal calls with Rachael: a 90-minute deep-dive kickoff, a midpoint working session to pressure-test the direction, and a live handoff presentation to your leadership team.
THE DELIVERABLE
One document, six sections: the read, the money, the call, the 90-day build order, the scorecard, and the approvals. Delivered as a PDF and presented live at handoff.
DAY 31
Thirty days of async advisory access after handoff, included. Questions answered while your team executes. Ongoing implementation oversight is scoped separately if you want it.
THE PAYMENT
50% books the sprint and locks your start date. The balance is due net 15 after handoff. If we decide it isn't a fit after booking, the deposit is returned in full.
THE EXIT
At the midpoint session you see the direction before it hardens. If you don't think it's right, we stop there. You keep the audit and the diagnosis, and you owe nothing beyond the deposit.
THE BACKSTOP
If we can't complete a sprint for any reason, your start date moves or your deposit is returned in full. Your choice.
WHAT WE NEED
Read access to your analytics and CRM, your current marketing assets, and executive availability for the three calls.
YOURS TO KEEP
You own every deliverable outright. Your data stays confidential, and the anonymization you see in the case studies is the standard treatment every client gets.
Every month without a plan is a month of spend deciding for you. If your product has real revenue and your team is ready to build against a plan, apply. We’ll tell you on the first call if it isn’t a fit.
