What we collect
What you hand us. When you apply, we get what you type: your name, work email, company, revenue range, and your answers about the business. When you join the newsletter, we get your email address.
What measurement sees. Analytics data about how this site gets used: pages visited, rough location by region, device type, and how you found us. Details and the off switch live in the cookie policy.
What the plumbing sees. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs to run and protect the site.
What we do with it
Four things:
- Evaluate applications and reply to them.
- Send the newsletter you signed up for.
- Understand how the site gets used so we write more of what earns attention.
- Measure advertising performance, only when you've consented to it.
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with the services that make this site work: Netlify for hosting and form handling, Google for tag management and analytics, Meta for advertising measurement when you've granted consent, and our email provider for correspondence and the newsletter. Those providers process data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Applications are retained while the conversation is active and for a limited period afterward. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics. Email us to have any of it deleted sooner.
Your controls
Unsubscribe links live in every newsletter email. Analytics opts out under "Cookie preferences" in the footer. For access, correction, or deletion of anything we hold about you, email hello@tokenmillennial.com.
Scope and updates
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. If laws in your state give you additional privacy rights, they apply and we honor them. When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
