The engagement runs on read access to your numbers. Here is exactly what that means.
WHAT MAY BE REQUESTED
Read access is requested only for the systems relevant to the diagnosis. Depending on the business, that may include analytics, acquisition platforms, CRM, commerce or sales data, lifecycle platforms, current marketing assets, and financial inputs used in the model. Every request is made individually with the reason stated.
HOW ACCESS IS GRANTED
Access is granted through each platform's own user invitation at the lowest permission level that provides the information required. Token Millennial does not request shared passwords.
WHEN ACCESS ENDS
Access is removed at the final handoff unless the client requests an earlier removal. The client can revoke access at any time.
THE NDA
A mutual NDA is signed before any access is granted. Template available on request, or we sign yours.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Your identity and your numbers stay confidential. The anonymization you see in the published case studies is the standard treatment every client gets, and nothing is published without permission.
OWNERSHIP
You own every deliverable outright. The diagnosis, the 90-day plan, and the working analysis are yours.
